PROPOSED RECOMMENDATION

 

To enter into a new contract for Hard Facilities Management PE and External Play Equipment: Inspection and Minor Repairs for North Yorkshire Council’s Property Service.

 

BACKGROUND TO SUPPORT THE RECOMMENDATION

 

To enter into a new contract for the provision of Hard Facilities Management PE and External Play Equipment: Inspection and Minor Repairs for North Yorkshire Council’s Property Service to cover Corporate Properties and Property’s Traded Service Property Solutions clients. 

 

LEGAL AND GOVERNANCE COMPLIANCE

 

A Gateway Report will be considered in accordance with the Council’s Procurement and Contract Procedure Rules.

 

This is a key decision.  The proposal to procure was entered on the forward plan in May 2024.

 

RECOMMENDATION

 

That a new PE and External Play Equipment: Inspection and Minor Repairs be entered into.
